The Honey Creek Elementary PTO is powered by an amazing group of volunteers—parents, grandparents, caregivers, family members, and community supporters who give their time and talents to make our school an even sweeter place to learn.
Here are some of our current needs:
Community Partnership Outreach - We're growing our Community Partnership Program and need a team of enthusiastic volunteers to help connect with local businesses! Volunteers will help share our sponsorship opportunities, build relationships with community partners, and invite businesses to invest in the incredible work happening at Honey Creek Elementary. If you enjoy networking, supporting local businesses, or simply making connections, we'd love to have you on this team!
Fall Festival Committee - We’re looking for enthusiastic volunteers to join our Fall Festival Committee and help bring this exciting event to life. Committee members will help with planning, coordinating activities, organizing vendors and volunteers, preparing decorations, and creating a fun experience for our students, families, and community. Whether you love event planning, decorating, organizing, or simply bringing people together, we’d love to have you on the team!
Winter Dance Committee - We’re forming a Winter Dance Committee to help plan and coordinate this special event. Committee members will assist with choosing a theme, organizing decorations, coordinating activities, managing event details, and creating a memorable experience for students and families. If you enjoy planning celebrations, creating fun moments, or bringing our community together, we’d love your help making the Winter Dance one to remember!

EVENT SUPPORT
From welcoming families at registration to picking up supplies, setting up, cleaning up, and helping spread the word before the big day, every helping hand makes a difference. If you enjoy being part of the excitement and creating memorable experiences for our Honey Creek families, we'd love to hear from you.
BEHIND-THE-SCENES
We often need help assembling monthly Birthday Grams, preparing event materials, organizing the PTO supply closet, making copies, cutting materials, and other at-home or flexible tasks. If these kinds of opportunities are a better fit for your schedule, we'd love to have your assistance.
GENERAL ASSISTANCE
Have another way you'd like to support our Hive? We love welcoming new ideas, talents, and perspectives, and there's no shortage of ways to make a difference. If you have a skill you'd like to share, an idea to strengthen our school community, or a unique way you'd like to get involved, we'd love to hear from you.
COMMUNITY OUTREACH
Help us build a stronger Hive! If you know a local business, community organization, or employer that shares a passion for supporting education, we'd love an introduction. Together, we can create meaningful partnerships that benefit Honey Creek Elementary and enrich the experience of every student.
FUNDRAISING
We're seeking volunteers to help secure grants, cultivate corporate sponsorships, and grow individual donations that directly benefit Honey Creek Elementary students and staff. If you have experience in fundraising, grant writing, donor relations, or business partnerships, we'd be grateful for your support.
NOT ABLE TO VOLUNTEER?
